Planet Dojo

For those of you that haven't found it yet, there is a link in the new menu system called "Planet Dojo". This link is basically a link to the new sites News Aggregator which includes many RSS feeds from around the web. Since this is the first time we've mentioned this feature, I'm including a breakdown of the 3 categories and the feeds associated with them as well as the tag line or title associated with each site. Currrently there are 3 categories:
  • Dojo Developers - feeds from the personal blogs of many of the core Dojo developers
  • Companies using Dojo - feeds from companies that are using Dojo
  • Web Developement - RSS feeds relating to the ongoing developement of the web.

What this does for you is allow you to point your RSS reader at http://dojotoolkit.org/aggregator/rss and get the latest news from all these feeds from 1 convenient source. Of course if you care about one category or another, you can simply plug in the RSS feed for that category as well. The links for each feed can be found at the bottom of each aggregated page.

If you have any suggested feeds that might be beneficial to the Dojo Community, feel free to make them known via your comments. We love to hear how we can improve things!

Adding my Dojo blog to Planet Dojo

Hi, I was wondering if would be possible of getting my blog onto Planet Dojo? I frequently post on Dojo-related topics, write Dojo sample code, tools for working with Dojo (Dojo Builder) etc. I've also had code committed to Dojo, both from my time working with IBM (enabling external namespaces, a11y) and as part of my current position (an IE-native module for Dojo storage)

My Atom feed is at http://shaneosullivan.wordpress.com/atom
My RSS feed is at http://shaneosullivan.wordpress.com/feed

Thanks

Shane

Added.

Its listed under Web Development category, if you have Commit access I will bump it up to Dojo Developer (but I can't recall if you do or not).

No commit

Thanks Karl. I don't have commit access (yet :-) ). My previous submissions went through either IBM or Brad Neuberg.
